Standards Committee:Employment Data System

CSEA manages an employment data system to capture data from members for purposes of the Standards Compliance Review program, as well as for member benchmarking. The CSEA Data Analyst serves as the primary point of contact for the system, managing all changes to the survey and reports and communicating with members.

The committee provides support by testing the survey in draft stage and sharing feedback about analyst of the aggregate data. The committee may also assist with member follow-ups to increase survey response as needed.
