Join us as we host award-winning Bauer College of Business professor, researcher and author Dr. Vanessa Patrick as she discusses her research around the science of saying no. In this session, we will be introduced to the ground-breaking concept of "empowered refusal" - a proven framework for saying no that puts you in charge of your life - and reveals some surprising secrets about the power of the word no. This workshop will be co-hosted by Kelly Collins, Sr. Director of Graduate Career Services who will share how Dr. Patrick’s frameworks have helped her team in managing stress, and helping them and students prioritize their time.
