In today’s shifting educational landscape, many institutions are reevaluating their approaches to fostering inclusive environments. Some have seen the restructuring or removal of dedicated teams, while others continue to uphold and adapt their initiatives. Join us for a candid roundtable discussion that brings together voices from both employer and school experiences. Though facilitated group discussion, we will explore:
- How institutions are adapting to changes in support structures.
- Strategies for maintaining inclusive practices amidst organizational shifts.
- Ways to leverage new administrative perspectives to champion community and belonging.
