As the only global organization that brings together business school career professionals and employers to discuss trends, network, and drive change in the industry, we will use our eleventh annual European Conference to consider some of the following:
 

• How can we design the customer (i.e. student/job candidate) experience to better reach our goals?
• What are schools and employers doing to enhance their programs and processes?
• Are we preparing students to work efficiently and empathetically in the new world?

In addition to that, we will have best practice sharing from our members on career and recruiting-focused topics such as buildling career initiatives, compensation and benefit trends, EU data protection and using technology to improve engagement.
