EMEA Conference: Programmes

The Programmes Subcommittee selects and coordinates the educational programming for the conference. Ideally, members of the committee will represent many areas within the membership (employers, career coaches, employer relations, directors, etc.) to provide the most diverse perspective into the programming decisions. There are numerous logistical details involved with management of the keynote and plenary sessions, and therefore it is recommended that each committee member take on the responsibility of one or two sessions and handle the responsibility for those sessions from start to finish. Delegation is particularly important for this committee, as the work can be too cumbersome for one or two people to do on their own.  For more tips on how to delegate, visit the Committee Chair Toolkit or contact the Executive Director.

See Conference Policies for speaker registration requirements. The speaker page within the policies also contains a chart that describes each speaker type.

Utilize the navigation tabs on the left side of the page to view the specific tasks associated with the committee responsibilities.
