The CSEA Volunteer Experience

This quote has never been more true than for MBA CSEA volunteers. Our volunteers work closely with our staff to manage and execute programs and services for our over diverse global member base. One of the reasons we are able to remain member-focused especially in times of uncertainty, is through the expertise of our dedicated volunteers who work in the field every day and have their finger on the pulse of the needs of our membership.
Our volunteers enjoy the experience, not only because they are able to give back to the organization and be a part of our voice in the industry, but also because it lets them take their networking to the next level.
Here's what some of our volunteers have to say about the experience:

"MBA CSEA has allowed me to connect with colleagues globally that I would have never met otherwise. These are people who I have formed lifelong connections with, and I can't say that about a lot of other organizations I have been a part of. We are #StrongerTogether and I am thankful for this community!" -Rebecca Krick, Wharton MBA Career Management |

"I remember being at the Global Conference in Boston, debating about checking the "Yes I would like to volunteer" box on the evaluation form. What would be asked of me? What did I have of value to add? But I did check it and have had a wonderful experience on the professional development committee. I have been welcomed and found opportunities to gather and share best practices. Just say yes!" -Lynn Rosen, University of Pittsburgh-Katz Graduate School of Business |
