Heidi Cuthbertson joined the Graduate Career Development Center team at the University of California Riverside School of Business in 2014. As Associate Director, Heidi is primarily responsible for programming, career coaching, and operations. Previously, Heidi was the Senior College Recruiter at the mortgage finance giant Freddie Mac from 2006-2013. Heidi is also an established trainer and facilitator. She conducts workshops on numerous diverse subjects to a variety of audiences. Specialized topics include behavioral interviewing, financial literacy, dining etiquette and professional communication. Heidi holds a BA in English and Psychology from Colgate University and an M.Ed. in Higher Education from Penn State.
Sean O. Ferguson

Mr. Sean O. Ferguson is currently the Associate Dean at the Asia School of Business (ASB) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Prior to HKUST, Mr. Ferguson was Associate Dean of MBA & MSc Programs at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology(HKUST) Business School. Prior to joining the board of MBACSEA, Ferguson served on the boards of the CEMS Global Alliance in Management, the American Chamber of Commerce-Hong Kong, and the Graduate Management Admissions Council (GMAC). Ferguson received his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and his MBA from Rice University.

I currently sit within the postgraduate careers team meaning I spend my days supporting MSc and MBA students in their personal and professional development. This is through mentoring, workshops and most importantly developing employer links to aid my students' transition into the work place. Before moving into higher education I spent a number of years in agency recruitment both in sales and delivery. I'm hoping to channel my energies into growing our employer relationships here at the MBA CSEA.

Kevin Stacia joined Georgia Tech's Scheller College of Business MBA Career Center staff in 2013. He is a Corporate Relations Manager responsible for providing career coaching to MBA students and account management for a portfolio of employers that recruit GT MBAs. Prior to joining Georgia Tech Kevin worked for 20 years as a HR professional with several high tech companies, primarily HP and Agilent Technologies. During his tenure at Agilent he served as Global Campus Program Manager for their Life Sciences business.Since joining MBA CSEA Kevin has served as a Membership committee member, Local Employer Engagement Committee Chair (2016), Sponsors & Exhibitors Committee Co-Chair (2017) and currently as 2018 Global Conference Co-Chair.
