Thanks to our outgoing board members

Thank you to our outgoing board members, who were recognized during our Global Conference in June. Their efforts have had a tremendous impact on the board and the organization during their tenure.

Roger Antoniazzo, Abbott

Roger chaired our first Employer Advisory Board, which is now an Employer Relations Advisory Board. He was also part of the development of our first Recruiter Boot Camp four years ago, which is still being offered today,  and served as well as a presenter for our Career Services Boot Camp.  I think most noteworthy is the energy and passion he brings to his ideas and his willingness to always be candid-which is so helpful as we think about engaging our employer members.

Sissy Bennett, Emory University - Goizueta Business School

Sissy currently co-chairs the Specialty Masters Resource Group, and recently helped create the Specialty Masters Advisory Group. She also served as co-chair of the Employer Relations Advisory Group.  Sissy is incredibly fun, brings her unique southern charm to all she does and will certainly be missed.

Philip Heavilin II, Ed.D., William & Mary

Phil served as a member of the Standards Revisions Team. He was so the Board Liaison for the Research & Trends Committee, where he ensured our monthly and annual surveys were meeting the board's strategic goals. Phil is also part of the Web Site Revision Team, where he helped select our new web site provider and is assisting with the design. Phil is incredible strategic and thoughtful. When he speaks up, you know his point will be valuable and discerning. He is always kind and ensures everyone's voice is heard.

Julian Huenerfauth, Rochester Institute of Technology - Saunders College of Business

Julian chaired the Member Onboarding Committee, where he provided insight into programs to engage our new members. He has also served as Board Liaison to the Global Conference for three years, and this year was also the Sponsors & Exhibitors Chair. Julian has been an incredible leader of all conference decisions, ensuring the committees feel supported and assisting with strategic decisions. He is always fun and has the best travel stories of any of us!

LaTanya Johns, University of Rochester - Simon Business School

LaTanya has served as Board Liaison to the Research & Trends Committee and the Member Onboarding Committee. She was able to share her expertise and leadership to help guide and direct these groups.  LaTanya is the epitome of poise and positivity. She has so much knowledge in this space and shares that knowledge with such inspiration and polish.

Natalya Shustova, IE Business School

Natalya served as the Board Liaison to the Virtual Programming Committee, where she ensured our European members had a voice in our virtual programming. She and her team presented several impactful webinars that enhanced learning and development for CSEA members across the globe. Natalya always brings a smile and enthusiasm to the board and the committees she serves.
