Welcome New Board Members

We are pleased to welcome our newly elected board members, who will serve a 3-year term!

 
Jessica Campbell from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business

Jessica Campbell serves as the Executive Director at the Rice Business Career Development Office. At Rice University since 2011, she led employer relations in the centralized career center before transitioning to the MBA career center in 2019.
Jessica is actively involved in several professional organizations, including CSEA, previously co-chairing the Employer Relations Resource Group and Global Conference. She has also been an active member of SoACE since 2007, previously serving on the Board and chairing multiple committees. Jessica holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Houston. She is the proud mom of a PhD student at Rice.

Heidi Cuthbertson from BAE Systems, Inc.

Heidi Cuthbertson's dedication to recruiting and career services spans more than 17 years. She currently leads the University Relations team at BAE Systems Space & Mission Systems in Colorado, and past roles include Associate Director of MBA Career Services at UC-Riverside and Senior Recruiter at Freddie Mac. Heidi has served on and chaired many CSEA committees and task forces, including Global Conference, Recruiter Boot Camp, and Member Onboarding. Heidi has a BA in Psychology and English from Colgate University and an M.Ed. in Higher Education from Penn State.
 

Nicola Groves from University of Warwick - Warwick Business School

Nicola is currently working with Warwick business school in the role of global mentoring programme manager since Sept 23. She previously worked over 20 years in corporate leadership positions, all within the talent centre of excellence of HR supporting the EMEA region for pharma and life science companies. For the last 7 years, positions have all been around building university and business school relations and hiring talent. Spending just under 10 years living and working in the Middle East has allowed me to appreciate and celebrate diversity and culture. More recently, I have enjoyed freelancing with big multinationals in the automotive and consulting sectors all within early talent. 
Katherine (Kathy) Martin from TIAA

I joined TIAA in August 2022 as the Director, of Campus Recruiting to lead the development and implementation of an enterprise-wide college recruiting strategy - Internship and Fulltime Development Programs dedicated to developing the next leaders of TIAA.  Prior to TIAA, I led Kemper Corporation's campus recruiting team to launch their inaugural enterprise-wide internship recruiting strategy for undergraduates, MBA, and Law students. I spent five years with T-Mobile leading the build-out and recruitment strategies for their C-Suite sponsored MBA Executive Development Program. In addition to my recruiting career, I owned and operated a 3000 square foot training facility in Richmond, Virginia. 
Noemi Morillo-Vasquez, MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School

Noemi has over 16 years of experiences in higher education across career services and admissions, cultivating relationships with corporate partners, and leading both teams and recruitment strategies. Passionate about access, equality, and inclusion, Noemi has also led several organizational efforts and partnerships dedicated to elevating and increasing visibility for underrepresented populations, as well as advancing equitable processes. Noemi joined UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School in 2012 and currently serves as the Director of Employer Engagement Recruiting & Operations for the MBA Programs where she leads the team in holistically identifying opportunities, fostering meaningful connections between community stakeholders and MBA students, and consulting employers throughout their recruiting journey.
Raymond Xiao from HKUST Business School

Raymond Xiao is the Head of MSc Career Development at HKUST Business School. He is in charge of the career services for 10 MSc programs with over 1,000 students. His industry background is technology and consulting. Raymond received MBA degree from USC Marshall and BE degree in Computer Science from SJTU. After over 10 years' membership of CSEA, Raymond hopes to contribute more to the organization as a representative of business schools in APAC region.
