Hotel Liaison
Executive Director played this role in 2023 due to timing and budget
- Serve as primary hotel contact/liaison to assist with conference planning. Represent CSEA with the hotel regarding issues that arise.
- Obtain information from hotel, including:
- A/V price list
- Food and beverage menu
- Shipping information and rates
- Layout and specifications
- Signage specifications and digital signage provided, if any
- Exhibit hall layout
- Communicate with hotel regarding conference logistics once decisions are made by the committee, including:
- Food and beverage selection
- Dietary requirements
- Room selections
- Exhibit hall layout
- A/V requests
- Other items, as needed
- Remind the Executive Director of upcoming deadlines for payments or room allocations. Note: The Executive Director must approve all changes that involve the hotel contract or financial obligations
