Ambassador Club
Help MBA CSEA Grow!
As a valued member of MBA CSEA, we know you are aware of the benefits of being a part of the organization – from the networking, new ideas and professional development to the personal connections and comradery. The more members we have on both sides of the recruiting relationship, the more benefits we can provide, and the more the association can thrive.
Now, you can be recognized for your efforts to help spread the word!
As part of the organization’s strategic goals for membership growth, specifically in the areas of employer and International school membership, we are pleased to introduce the MBA CSEA Ambassador Club. Our Membership Committee put together this fun, light-hearted video with more information about the Club.
How can I join the club?
Reach out into your professional networks and think about who would benefit from membership – particularly in the area of employers and International schools. We’re looking for new organizations that have not been members in the past (or not in recent years). Click here to access our Member Directory to verify current membership.
Each member who recruits at least one new employer or school member who joins the organization will become part of the club.
What do club members receive?
You’ll be entered to win a $100 (or equivalent currency) gift card to a major retailer of your choice for each person you refer who joins the organization. The member who brings in the highest number of new employer or International school members will receive a $250 (or equivalent currency) gift card to a major retailer of your choice and recognition at our conferences. All club members will receive a sticker to wear on their nametag at the conferences to acknowledge their efforts. Members who successfully recruit three or more new employer or International school members will receive a letter of recognition from MBA CSEA to their organization. All ambassadors will be recognized in our monthly e-newsletter and on social media.

"The more employer members that join MBA CSEA, the more we can shape best practices in MBA Campus Recruiting."
- Rachel Kessler, EY
"MBA CSEA provides a united voice on important issues in the global talent marketplace. Few of us have enough bargaining power as an individual to effect wide-scale change, but by joining together our collective efforts bring about significant transformation. Any organization that hires graduate business talent should become a part of this organization."
- Paul Poissant, Penn State University
"International growth is a must in this age of global MBA/Masters programs. As a school with 40-50% international students, I'm excited to share and learn best practices with more schools internationally."
- Beth Ursin, Willamette University
"The rapid change of technology over the last three decades as well as new generations of students has lead to the need for employers and career advisors to be well connected. I support the organization’s efforts to grow membership on both sides of the recruiting relationship, for the benefit of schools, employers and the industry as a whole."
- Bill Fleming, McCombs School of Business, The University of Texas at Austin
